Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just simply amazing.
BBelievers
We start off the 11th year of BBspot with a bbatch of BBelievers. First up are some BBelievers of the "New Features on Twitter" story we ran recently...
From the Fark Thread: Having never used Twitter (and never will) is this bad or good?
I'd say it was a good thing you were a BBeliever but I'm bbiased.
Same story...

Hi Brian,
Nice article today. I found it interesting and relevant and would love to speak to you by phone when you have a minute. Myself and two other executives who helped my build xxxxxxx (NASDAQ:XXXX) are in the midst of a new, exciting gig that is very relevant to your Twitter article. When would be a good time to chat?
Wow, I'd love to get in the ground floor of that start up, wouldn't you? One whose CEO BBelieves BBspot stories.
From BBspot Comments: So, what about new blind users who can't see the images? Will twitter also provide audio equivilant CAPTCHA? Seems like the responsible thing to do. Oh yeah, and facebook fails at this is well, so don't feel singled out.
There's more in the thread so be sure to check it out.
Next up on the BBeliever BBandwagon are the people who BBelieved that Adobe was tweaking their EULA to stop Macs from using Photoshop.
From Reddit: Why are they going backwards? People want multi-function. Apple and Adobe are getting old and tired.
From BBspot: Adobe has really upped the ante on this one! Its baffling how crass the execs at Adobe are about all of this as well. Maybe we'll finally see a world where Macs and PCs are totally separate, and only the strongest (or best looking) can survive. (more)
From Fark: wtf? why would they do this? I was so excited for the ipad photoshop (more)
And now for BBelievers from our story on the FBI raiding the geek militia compound...
From BBspot : There is no way that someone can hang out at physics website for a couple of days or for that matter weeks or even months and then develop and then run computer simulations of workable nuclear device. No way, think about what it took N. Korea in man power and resources just develop explode a dude. I have hard time even believing this story. I think someone is playing the radiation fear card in order to some gain attention.
Do you BBelieve that Google is naming the Nexus One successor the Threepio? This guy does...
From Reddit: This means that a manager and some people that were involved in the Nexus One had a meeting in a conference room. They brainstormed 50 ideas about what they wanted to see in the next model. One fairly new employee that was at the meeting took the juiciest bits, called a buddy, and reported that that was going to be the next phone. (more)
From DroidForums.net: We'll wait until it's rooted
That's all for today. Stay geeky!
