Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just simply amazing.
BBelievers
It's been a while since we've had a BBeliever in this story, but it's snagged quite a few over the years...

the writer mentions the scar on harrison ford's chin as a bad thing???
well if he had watched the last crusade he would know that indiana got that scar when he first used the whip. even drawing blood
some movie buff....
This is ironic on so many levels.
Stupid Spaces
I didn't realize spaces could cause such a reaction in BBreaders...

I visit your site quite regular for some years now and think it's very
funny. However there is something that troubles me every time I read an
article and (well, I don't know the english phrase for it without using
swear-words so let's say) I "have strong feelings about it":
Two spaces after a period.
Please google for "two spaces", read about how stupid this is and
consider using only one space.
Unfortunately, I learned to type on a typewriter, so the two spaces after a period is deeply ingrained in me. Does this topic aggravate anybody else this much?
Winzip Replacement
I asked in the BBlog for replacements for Winzip. Many people recommended the open source 7-zip, but I decided on this suggestion for now...

I am a big fan of the free IZArc product. It does everything that Winzip does plus handles a bunch of other formats and has a tree-view interface. Google for IZArc review and they will all be positive. I tried a lot of free zip utilities to replace WinZip and it was the best of the lot. I transitioned the company I work for away from Winzip to IZArc because I like it so much.
Weekly Limerick
The winner of the 2003 and 2006 Geek Limerick contest has volunteered to write a weekly limerick for BBspot...

Sony
cut prices on PS3,
But it still doesn't matter to me.
Even five hundred bucks
Seems a price point that sucks,
When it costs twice as much as the Wii.
