Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just simply amazing.

Hey Brian
Did Gmail really make the announcement that they would be increasing email storage to infinity plus one, or was that an April fools joke?

I love the new pop-up boxes describing the daily links. (I know
that's the wrong word for the feature, but I can't remember the right
word right now).
Glad we could add a new feature that everyone likes.
Summer Intern
In the BBlog, I mentioned that I might be getting a summer intern and requested a list of crappy jobs I could give him. Here's one response...

Hey, Brian... we have a lot of interns where I work and here are some
ideas, which may or may not apply to your "corporation".
Coffee. And making sure there is always hot, fresh coffee in the pot.
And not only that, but said intern has to make sure there is enough
coffee, cream, sugar and whatever in stock. Or, he has to run over to
the store to get it. That should take at least half of his day.
"Maintenance". You know, cleaning up all the dust bunnies in, out and
AROUND the servers. And Yes, that means taking care of the toilet.
Pencil sharpener. This is very basic, but very important. All pencils
need to be needle sharp before your day starts. And you are too much
important to do it yourself.
Research. That means, going on wild goose chases on google, on a regular basis.
Spam filtering. You think Bill G sorts through his own emails? Hell
no! He has this guy separating the trash from the good stuff, so he
can invest more time "creating". You should do the same.
Anyways, those are the only ones I could think about that are "safe" for a 14 year old kid...
If you have any more, send them in.
Weekly Limerick
The winner of the 2003 and 2006 Geek Limerick contest has volunteered to write a weekly limerick for BBspot. I haven't decided where to put it yet, so this week's I'll put in the Mailbag...
Two limericks this week...

In the future, Blu-Ray won't be seen,
Because people want porn on their screen.
And it's easy to see
With high-def "DvD"
(Double D's, with a thing in-between).
And...
Michael Richards was flayed for his talk,
Now Don Imus, our favorite shock jock.
Say bad words about blacks,
And you'll suffer attacks.
Will the next man to fall be Chris Rock?
