Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just simply amazing.
BBelievers
Not surprisingly our story on being able to check your WoW mail in Gmail got some BBelievers on the Warcraft message boards...
I remember reading that with this new patch you would be able to check your wow mail through your gmail account. I did not see this in the patch notes though. Is this in the game now? Or was it pushed back? (more in link)
I think this is the guy I killed with my fishing pole. (Thanks to Dennis)
One brainiac doesn't think monkeys should be forced to play video games ...
This has to be the sadest thing i have just read today. In my view, monkeys shouldn't be forced to do things that humans would do. (more in link)

You're a FUCKING IDIOT that's all I got to say about your stupid comparison!
My guess is that he uses Internet Explorer.
Weekly Limerick
The winner of this year's Geek Limerick contest has volunteered to write a weekly limerick for BBspot. I haven't decided where to put it yet, so this week's I'll put in the Mailbag..
From: Seth
Now Bill Gates, having taken his turn'll
No more run Microsoft's plans internal.
So these words may be seen
On a Windows blue screen:
"Error -- Can't locate .dll Colonel"
And this week's...
Bill Gates left to go run his Foundation.
The world's richest man, now on vacation.
Number two, Warren Buffet,
In fear he'll soon snuff it,
Just gave him a hefty donation.
Stranger than Fiction
There's precedent for BBspot stories becoming reality. In 2004 we wrote an article that said the next generation of iPods wouldn't have any user interface. Sounds like some engineers read BBspot...
Apple is about to unveil the next generation of iPod, the best-selling music player in the U.S., using a "none-touch" concept, Gou said without elaborating.
Thanks to Jan G for sending in the article.
BBspot Personals
Here's an email on the BBspot personals. No, not from someone who saw me mocking them (that has yet to happen), but from someone who found love...

To the BBspot staff;
I just want to let you know that back in 2003 I had a personal ad on your system -- and another person had her personal ad on 'The Onion' -- and since both were linked -- we met -- and this year we married. I just wanted to write in to say, Thanks.
My wedding invitation must've gotten lost in the mail!
That's all for this week!
