BBspot Mailbag

Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just simply amazing.

Dear Brian Briggs

Is it possible to give me the contact details for Esenam Ayele. He sounds ideal for a programme on BBC World Service?

Thanks

Producer - Outlook,

I tried to get some coverage for BBspot out of it, but I think he was too embarrassed to write back.

I think this is the first BBeliever we've gotten for the Universal Time Zone story...

BBeliever Redux

One reader wants me to set up a fund for all of these Nigerian Billionaire BBelievers...

Subject: Bbeliever fund

Hi Brian

I read bbspot regularly, and I have noticed 2-3 bbelievers who seem in real need of help, like the single mother trying to raise 3 abused kids in Denver. Couldn't you set up some kind of fund for them, wherein people could donate online to aid them in their plight? Just a thought, and keep up the good work.

That would only be encouraging them.

Subject: Regarding the women's social club email

The woman from the social club in "Xxxxxx, Alabama" says that Ensenam Ayele should be sympathetic because he is also a "minority"... apparently it didn't occur to her that he isn't at all. He is black, the same as just about everyone else in Nigeria.

I thought you were going to say he was a "fictional character" like most Nigerians.

Google RTG

In a BBlog post I said that I had noticed several hits for searches on "Google RTG". A reader writes into explain...

Thought you might be interested to know that the RTG mystery has been solved.

It is a typo from RTF.. i.e. rich text format (but you of course knew that)

Apologies if this has been pointed out before. TFA as they say in slashdot has been corrected to fix the typo.

And yes your blog is no. 1 for google rtg :).

Have I mentioned that I love Google?

Hey Brian,

Hopefully the eye is getting better. Good luck and I hope it turns out alright.

By the way, when did you expand into the mobile market?

BBSpot is our new browser product, which allow the users to browse thousands of free webcam videochat picture galeries on the Internet.

Have a different babe when and where you want, just right in your pocket!

The application is able to request random babes or you can input your favorite ones, perform slideshows, view fullscreen images and navigate through the galeries. Good quality, performance and actualizations between 1 and 5 minutes when babes are online.

(SITES LINKED BELOW HAVE "NOT SAFE FOR WORK" CONTENT BROWSE AT YOUR OWN RISK)

Visit www.inhandsoft.com for more info.

Needless to say a name change has been requested by me.

http://www.patmedia.net/marklevinson/cool/cool_illusion.html

nice little illusion that was on college humor Saturday, but what made it better was when I showed it to my ten yr old girl, she said "neat, did you find that on bbspot?" Now tell me that she isn't going to be cool!

I can tell she'll be in AP classes, but I'll reserve judgment on the "cool" factor.

That's all for this week!
