Now you too can enjoy my Inbox without
the annoying spam. Every week I get some amazing e-mail. Some amazing
because of the sheer cluelessness of the sender, some because of
the time and energy that went into crafting them and some are just
simply amazing.

Subject: To:Scott briggs Good evening;how are you?i was visiting
your siteat
bbspot and read your article on the Nigerian billionaire Esenam
ayele.
the reason that i visited your site was a quest for a philanthropist
that gives these financial acts of kndness for a worthy cause.im
seeking a financial donor to pursue a invention that i would
like to produce and
market. without the proper
funds it's like a feather in the air..i realize tht you have
been bombarded probably with requests from many people..all im
asking is contact information for Esenam ayele.this information
would be greatly appreciated for your time and effort.
i ahve received offers by e-mail about someone in Africa that
either husband has passed or military figure has millions of
dollars and they want to transfer the funds into my account in
my Country.i wrote these off as poppycock scams..the article
was interesting because Esenam ayele coined his organization
as Society of Charitable organization(SCAM)quite unique init's
own way.!what an article!if you have any information on the organization
or Esenam ayele you may send by e-mail or:<address snipped>
Just shake your head and move along people.
Good to see that an older article can still rope them in...

Subject: FYI:
I have had similar Taxi experiences in China. I was sharing
a ride in Xian and the road was crowded so naturally the driver "changed
lanes" and drove up on the sidewalk.
Which was complete madness because the sidewalk was already crowded
with bicycles, peds, motorbikes, charcoal sellers what not. We
proceeded down the sidewalk for about 500 meters (passing the
street traffic I might add) narrowly avoiding numerous accidents,
horn blazing, and generally being cursed by all sides. I don't
think this was normal behavior though, because when I looked
over at the local I was sharing the ride with he had the same
death grip on the armrest that I did.

Subject: Dell unblocks BBspot
After nearly 4 months of rioting, vandalism,
and mostly nonviolent disobedience, the Dell IT department
has finally given up the
fight and now allows its overworked underpaid employees to
enjoy blogging and funny links once again as bbspot.com is
released from the clutches of the evil proxy. Thank God! I
almost had a job at Unisys :P
Maybe it had something to do with the new
CEO?
That's all for this week!
